I've decided I need to practice with still life first before I take on the challenge of my uninterested son and crawling daughter.
A photo session in the sunroom resulted in me sweating, frustrated, and only this picture. She's smiling simply because she found it funny that I was telling her "no" when she tried to touch the lens.
